Ep252. Book Review. The Gap & The Gain.

Angus Pyke

It’s book review time again folks!

In today’s episode, Martin and Tony are back with me and we discuss our key take aways from The Gap and The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr Benjamin Hardy.

This book’s major premise is that we are unhappy, unfulfilled and unsuccessful in life because of the way that we measure progress.

According to the authors…”We all have an “ideal”, a moving target that is always out of reach. When we measure ourselves against that ideal, we’re in “the gap”. However, when we measure ourselves against our previous selves, we’re in “the gain”.”

This book is simple in nature but profound in its reach and I believe it delivers on its promise to be “the high achiever’s guide to happiness, confidence, and success.”

Enjoy the show.

Thanks for all you do. Keep saving lives.
