BIG IDEA:
Even the best-designed workshop won’t help your practice if no one shows up. The good news? You don’t need fancy ads or a huge following to get butts in seats. You just need a smart plan that leverages what you already have—your patients, your content, and your community. This session is all about simple, ethical strategies that feel natural and work consistently.
What You’ll Learn:
- The 3 sources of attendees every chiropractor should tap into (without burning out)
- How to activate your existing patients to bring friends and family
- What to post (and when) on social media to drive interest and RSVPs
- How to build buzz in your community—even if you’re brand new

BIG IDEA:
Every high-performing practice runs on more than systems—it runs on values. But if you haven’t clearly defined what those values are, your team can’t align, your culture can’t grow, and your leadership gets reactive instead of intentional. In this training, we’ll walk through a practical, step-by-step process to uncover the values that matter most to you—and turn them into a powerful decision-making compass for your practice.
What You’ll Learn:
- Why “clarity of values” is the foundation of great culture and consistent leadership
- The 3 common mistakes chiropractors make when defining values (and how to avoid them)
- A guided process to help you name and narrow your practice values with confidence
- How to use your values as filters for hiring, training, and day-to-day decisions
- How to bring your values to life in the day-to-day—so they’re more than just words on the wall

BIG IDEA:
Most chiropractors resist the idea of sales—but not because they don’t care. In fact, it’s the opposite. We care so much about not being pushy, manipulative, or salesy that we often downplay our recommendations, avoid objections, or come across as uncertain. This training is about reframing sales as leadership and service—so you can confidently guide patients toward the care they need (without selling your soul in the process).
What You’ll Learn:
- Why heart-centered chiropractors struggle with sales—and how to shift your mindset
- The difference between persuasion and manipulation (and why this distinction matters)
- How to lead the conversation with confidence, clarity, and empathy
- Language shifts that reduce pressure and increase commitment
- How to communicate value (not just cost) in a way that connects and converts
- A simple framework for guiding patients toward yes—without feeling pushy

BIG IDEA:
The fastest way to grow a sustainable practice isn’t doing more—it’s doing less yourself. But for many chiropractors, delegation feels risky. You either hold on too tightly or let go too quickly. In this session, we’ll unpack the difference between delegation and abdication, and give you a simple process for handing off tasks with confidence, clarity, and follow-through.
What You’ll Learn:
- Why delegation is essential for leverage, growth, and leadership
- The hidden costs of doing everything yourself (even if you’re good at it)
- The difference between healthy delegation and harmful abdication
- A simple 5-step framework to delegate anything—from admin to patient flow
- The most common delegation mistakes—and how to fix them fast
- How to build a team that takes ownership (without micromanaging)
