I’ve got a question for you…Who’s making the rules in your business?

Let me expand a little…

• Why did you decide to charge the fee you charge?
• Why do you work the days and hours your work?
• Why did you decide to spend the amount of time that you do with each client?

For many of us when we’re asked these decisions the answer is one of either

1. I don’t know, or…
2. I’m kinda copying what other people are doing.

Copying other people is not a bad strategy if you’re happy to get the same result that they get. 

However, where this strategy falls short is often the person you’re copying from has put the same amount of thought into their business that you did into yours…i.e NONE.
